The Famous 100 Workout

Don't have time to make it to the gym? Don't have enough money to pay for a gym membership? Don't want to make any more excuses for yourself? Try the 100 workout.
This workout should take anymore from 20-30 minutes (maybe more? maybe less?) and provides you with a total workout that stretches and exercises nearly every aspect of your body. The 100 Workout exercises your lower body, core, cardiovascular, and muscle endurance.
Last summer, when I didn't have a gym membership, I made it a goal for myself to complete the 100 Workout at least once every single day, and I did so. After a few weeks, I already began feeling my body gain strength and stamina. Even physically, my body began looking more fit than it was before I started participating in this workout.
Overall, the 100 Workout is something I highly recommend, particularly for people who have no other resources to get their daily workout. For a workout without equipment, however, I believe the 100 Workout is superior to most. Try a daily routine of the 100 Workout, and let us know if you see results! Happy Exercising.

The Fray: Summer Tour

This past summer on June 11th, I had the amazing opportunity to go see The Fray in concert, and I have only one word to describe the experience -- amazing.
Going into the concert, I wasn't necessarily sure what to expect of the concert considering it was The Fray, a band
who I don't really see as being incredibly entertaining. Listening to their music, such as "You Found Me" or "Never Say Never", I feel as if a concert of theirs would be very relaxed and not nearly being on the energetic side, but I was completely wrong. Right from the beginning, the concert was absolutely spectacular. The band's live play quality was much better than their recorded sound, and I was nearly mesmerized the whole hour and a half time I was there.
They played a perfect mixture of music from their previous albums that everyone knows and love (such as Over My Head and Love Don't Die) and great songs from their new album (like Hold my Hand). The band even performed a cover of Miley Cyrus's Wrecking Ball!
My favorite part of the entire concert, however, was definitely when The Fray performed "Wherever This Goes". The song and the entire performance was simply beautiful. It was honestly a really new experience for myself when it comes to going to concerts because I had chills throughout the whole song. (listen to the song here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgqhWqD1qe8)

17. Over My Head (Cable Car)
18. Love Don't Die

If you ever get the change to see The Fray in concert, I highly recommend it. For me, they were the best concert I went to this summer and are now in my top few favorite live performers. Keep on rockin', guys!

Mumford & Sons: Babel

Mumford & Son's new album, Babel, came out nearly two weeks ago and I have mixed feelings about it. There are a few songs in the album that sound just like another song in their previous album, Sigh No More. There are also a few that simply sound like two of their previous songs. Of course, I still enjoy their music, but I was expecting something new. There are still a few songs that stand out from the rest. There is a song on their new album that I particularly impressed with. This song is "Hopeless Wanderer." This song is probably their most unique on the album. In my opinion, the lyrics to this song are genius. The song starts off soft and slow and then it speeds up. Almost every part of this song is unexpected, but it still grasps Mumford & Sons original sound. Although there are a few songs on the album that sound like the rest, I still believe this album is worth the $10 it costs. If you haven't checked it out yet, I suggest doing so.

The Wombats

This past weekend, I saw The Wombats in concert at the Fall Ball here in Tucson, and I was incredibly impressed. They were given the tough spot of being first before other anticipated performances (KottonMouth Kings, All That Remains, Switchfoot, Everlast, Hollywood Undead, & The Offspring). The band performed multiple songs from their album, The Modern Glitch, and almost performed these perfectly. My two personal favorites were Jump into the Fog and 1996. Not only did they perform these songs without flaws, but they also interacted with the audience by speaking of their hometown, Liverpool, and telling jokes while onstage. They're not my favorite band and I didn't know any of their songs memorized but they did guarantee one thing, a good time.

5 Ways To Wear Bandage Skirts

Bandage Skirts. As you probably already know, bandage skirts are a must-have for your closet. Everyone's wearing them, but why? They go with so many different things and can create an endless amount of outfits. Here are some tips on how to wear bandage skirts:

1. With a Loose top.
Try wearing a lose top that falls down to your thighs. This combination allows you to be comfortable and stylish. This is good for girls with small or big figures. This gives smaller girls the advantage of looking more proportioned.

2. With a Cropped Blazer
Try wearing a bandage skirt with a cropped blazer. This allows you to look incredibly stylish and sophisticated all at once. Try a black cropped blazer with a bold and bright bandage skirt.

3. A Printed Bandage Skirt
Black or bold-colored bandage skirts are always a must, but try adding a printed one to your wardrobe. This makes your outfit stand out more and may even make you seem more confident. Try wearing a crazy printed skirt with a plain top.
    4. With a Band T-shirt  Most of you wouldn't consider pairing a bandage skirt with a band T-shirt. Try cutting your favorite band t-shirt and customizing it a little more. I suggesting cutting off the sleeves or making them smaller. This will give your outfit a little bit of a grunge style to it.
 5. Tucked in.
An easy way to make your outfit completely fabulous would be to tuck a shirt into your skirt. This will make your outfit look more like a dress. A flowery top would definitely make your outfit more feminine. Plus, it will hug your shape and give you more of an hourglass shape.

The Lonely Forest: Great Indie Band

Like most people, I often try to find new bands to listen to. Recently, while lost in the world of Spotify, I found a great indie band that I instantly loved. The Lonely Forest. I recommend listening to "We Sing In Time" by the band. I listen to it just about everyday now and I just can't get enough.

Easy Workouts To Do Every Day

It's the summer, and about half of us end up doing nothing at all, and when you do nothing at all, you tend to get out of shape. Instead of sitting on the couch for 8 hours straight, try sitting on the couch for 7 and workout at least an hour a day. Make sure that you don't stuff your face just because you workout more often, though. Try doing these sets every day and in no time, you'll start feeling more energized and stronger.
Do these easy workouts all at once or spread our during your day:
  • 100 jumping jacks
  • 36 lunges
  • 100 step-ups
  • 20 push-ups
  • 50 sit-ups
  • Run for 10 minutes
  • 30 squats
  • Stretch
  • 50 crunches
