The Famous 100 Workout

Don't have time to make it to the gym? Don't have enough money to pay for a gym membership? Don't want to make any more excuses for yourself? Try the 100 workout.
This workout should take anymore from 20-30 minutes (maybe more? maybe less?) and provides you with a total workout that stretches and exercises nearly every aspect of your body. The 100 Workout exercises your lower body, core, cardiovascular, and muscle endurance.
Last summer, when I didn't have a gym membership, I made it a goal for myself to complete the 100 Workout at least once every single day, and I did so. After a few weeks, I already began feeling my body gain strength and stamina. Even physically, my body began looking more fit than it was before I started participating in this workout.
Overall, the 100 Workout is something I highly recommend, particularly for people who have no other resources to get their daily workout. For a workout without equipment, however, I believe the 100 Workout is superior to most. Try a daily routine of the 100 Workout, and let us know if you see results! Happy Exercising.

The Fray: Summer Tour

This past summer on June 11th, I had the amazing opportunity to go see The Fray in concert, and I have only one word to describe the experience -- amazing.
Going into the concert, I wasn't necessarily sure what to expect of the concert considering it was The Fray, a band
who I don't really see as being incredibly entertaining. Listening to their music, such as "You Found Me" or "Never Say Never", I feel as if a concert of theirs would be very relaxed and not nearly being on the energetic side, but I was completely wrong. Right from the beginning, the concert was absolutely spectacular. The band's live play quality was much better than their recorded sound, and I was nearly mesmerized the whole hour and a half time I was there.
They played a perfect mixture of music from their previous albums that everyone knows and love (such as Over My Head and Love Don't Die) and great songs from their new album (like Hold my Hand). The band even performed a cover of Miley Cyrus's Wrecking Ball!
My favorite part of the entire concert, however, was definitely when The Fray performed "Wherever This Goes". The song and the entire performance was simply beautiful. It was honestly a really new experience for myself when it comes to going to concerts because I had chills throughout the whole song. (listen to the song here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgqhWqD1qe8)
